1. Grooving of tube sheet
There are two methods for slotting plates: manual slotting and mechanical slotting.
There are three types of plate slotting: one plate slotting, two plate slotting, and four plate slotting. In terms of slotting, our company mainly uses manual machinery as a supplement. Manual slotting has fine workmanship but low efficiency at the same time. Mechanical slotting is heavy workload but rough. Due to our focus on quality, we still use a large number of manual grooving. 2. Sealing

Generally, before the pipes are sealed with adhesive tape, special raked binding pins shall be used to fix the overlap of the pipes. The spacing of binding pins is 50mm. When binding, the binding needle should be slightly angled with the seam. The binding needle is only used for fixing the lap joint with cover tongue. If there is no cover tongue or flat joint, it should be fixed with adhesive tape splice. The adhesive tape is 300mm in size and at least one adhesive tape should be used on each side.
3. Reinforcement
When the static pressure load inside the ventilation duct system causes 1% deflection of the glass fiber ventilation duct wall, it is necessary to reinforce the ventilation duct.
Our company suggests that the following methods can be used to reinforce the pipes of the energy-saving and silencing ventilation duct system:
a. The tie rod reinforcement method, which adopts steel color and casing reinforcement, is usually used for positive pressure reinforcement below 500pa. b. The frame reinforcement method is to use light steel keel for reinforcement.
c. The cohesive reinforcement method, that is, light steel keel reinforcement, is used on some special pipes that cannot be used for tie rod reinforcement and frame reinforcement, such as 900 bends, tee pipes, bulkhead pipes, etc.
d. The anti sag reinforcement method is used for the reinforcement of special pipes, such as the reinforcement of warp pipes and the reinforcement of circuitous pipes.
4. Damage repair
In the face of damage, we give the following five types:
a. If the external surface of the pipe is slightly damaged, it can be repaired with special sealing tape.
b. If the inner surface of the pipe is slightly damaged, it can be repaired with Schuber special repair glue.
c. If the aluminum foil layer on the outer surface of the pipeline is damaged, but the glass fiber insulation layer is not damaged, a piece of qualified aluminum foil can be selected to repair the aluminum foil surface of the pipeline.
d. If the damage of the pipe wall has reached the glass fiber insulation layer, the damaged part can be cut off, the male and female lap joints can be made, another intact plate can be selected, cut according to the size of the glass plate cut off, the male and female lap joints can be left, and repair glue and adhesive agent can be applied on the surrounding interfaces, and sealing can be carried out according to the process specification.
e. If the pipeline is seriously damaged and the damaged area is large, which may affect the normal operation of the ventilation pipeline system, it is necessary to replace and repair the pipeline to ensure the normal operation of the system.
