1 Cleaning hole The cleaning hole is generally located on the side of inclined and horizontal pipes, near or at the end of special pipes, tees and elbows. The cleaning hole shall be made tightly without air leakage.

2. It is inevitable that the resistance of the centralized dedusting system with regulating valve is unbalanced during operation. Therefore, regulating valve is set on the vertical pipe section connected with the dust hood. Common regulating valves include butterfly valve and inclined gate valve. Generally, straight gate valve is not allowed to be used on the suction pipe, because it is easy to cause pipe blockage. It is used to regulate air volume. Both the inclined gate plate and butterfly valve must be installed on the vertical pipe section. Because of the strong vortex in front of and behind the valve plate, the dust is easy to deposit. If this type of valve plate is installed on the inclined pipe or horizontal pipe section, the deposited dust will also hinder the opening and closing of the valve plate or block the pipeline.

3 The dedusting system of the measuring hole should be started and adjusted before this line, and the aerodynamic performance should also be measured during operation, so the measuring hole for adjustment and testing should be reserved in advance on the pipeline. The opening position of the measuring hole shall avoid the vortex area of the air flow as far as possible, and it is generally set at:

(1) On the pipe section connected to the dust hood:

(2) On the pipe sections in front of and behind the dust remover;

(3) On the inlet and outlet pipe section of fan,

(4) The dust remover shall be set at the position that can show the pressure loss of the equipment itself.  

4  Ventilation pipe construction The flange plate dedusting pipeline of is generally welded with steel plate and connected by flange plate for easy disassembly and cleaning. The gasket in the flange can be rubber or thick paper gasket soaked in water, boiled in dry oil and coated with lead oil. Pipes transporting air with normal humidity not exceeding 70 ℃ can be cushioned with thick paper, and pipes transporting air with normal humidity exceeding 70 ℃ can be cushioned with asbestos thick paper or asbestos rope.
