1. According to the characteristics of the project, the site shall be spacious, bright, clean and flat. The basic processing equipment and power safety protection devices shall be complete.

2. The installation of air duct shall be carried out under the condition that the obstacles at the position to be installed have been cleared and the ground is free of sundries that hinder the construction.

3. The equipment shall be installed under the condition that the building structure has been completed, the indoor rough decoration and the internal partition wall and floor have been completed. At this time, the main pipe of the ventilation system shall also be installed.

Installation preparation

1. The following inspections shall be carried out before the installation of components, and the installation can only be carried out after passing the inspection and filling in relevant acceptance data:

(1) The air outlet surface shall be flat

(2) The rotating parts of the tuyere shall be flexible, the blade or insert plate shall be flat and straight, the internal distance of the blade shall be uniform, the expansion ring and adjustment of the diffuser shall be coaxial, the axial spacing shall be evenly distributed, the opening and closing of the blade shall be complete, the direction of the civil air defense closed valve shall be accurate with the shock wave, and shall not be reversed. The blade shall be fully opened or closed, and shall not be used for air volume adjustment.

(3) All kinds of valves shall be made firmly, and the regulating brake device shall be accurate, flexible and reliable, and the valve opening and closing direction shall be marked. The material selection shall meet the specification requirements.

(4) The flexible short pipe civil air defense and poison filtering system shall be rubber type, and the others shall be three proof fireproof canvas. All hangers, supports and brackets shall be flat and firm, with full welds and even arc of hoop.

2. Preparation for air duct installation:

(1) The air duct shall be dedusted before installation to ensure that the inner and outer surfaces of the air duct are clean. The air duct shall be checked for flatness and levelness before installation, and can be installed only after being approved by the supervisor or Party A and filling in relevant acceptance data.

(2) Before hoisting the air duct, check the position, size and elevation of the reserved holes on the site structure, wipe the inside and outside of the air duct clean, and strictly prevent the garbage left in the air duct during construction, and remove the obstacles at the installation position.
