2、 Installation requirements
1. Locate the suspender laying position according to the center line of the air duct. Single suspender is on the center line of the air duct, and double suspenders can be installed symmetrically according to the screw hole spacing of the tray or the center line of the air duct.
2. The suspender can be welded or hung on the suspender according to the form of the suspender. After welding, it should be coated with anti rust paint.
When a row of supports is required to be installed for a long air duct, the two ends can be installed first, and then the elevation of the middle support can be found out by the guy method based on the supports at both ends.
3. When installing the riser pipe clamp, first fix one of the pipe fittings above, then hang the line at the center with a plumber, and then fix the pipe clamp below according to the line.
4. If there is no design requirement for the spacing of air duct supports and hangers, the uninsulated air duct shall meet the requirements in the following table. If there is no design requirement for the spacing between supports and hangers of insulated air ducts, the required spacing value in the following table shall be multiplied by 0.85.
