1. The product must be carefully checked before installation. Check whether there is a certificate of conformity and a product specification, so as to clarify the constant pressure condition when leaving the factory, check whether the lead seal of the product is intact, and check whether the appearance is disabled. If the lead seal is damaged and the factory constant pressure does not meet the requirements of the engineering design working pressure, the strength and tightness tests shall be conducted again. This is for the sake of safety during installation and use, and to prevent the occurrence of unusable ventilation ducts after installation.  

2. Constant pressure of safety valve: constant pressure shall be carried out according to the requirements of working pressure by means of hydraulic or pneumatic test. When the pressure is constant, a screwdriver shall be used to adjust the spring compression bolt ventilation pipe for the spring safety valve. For the lever type safety valve, the weight shall slide slightly on the lever until the pressure gauge accurately indicates the required opening pressure and the medium can be released.

3. When the safety valve is installed, when the connection with the equipment and pipeline is opening welding, the opening diameter of the ventilation pipeline drawing shall be the same as the nominal diameter of the safety valve. For the flange connected safety valve, a section of flange stub pipe with a length of no more than 120mm shall be welded after opening, the safety valve shall be installed by flange connection, the safety valve connected by thread, and a section of externally threaded pipe with a length of no more than 100mm shall be welded after opening, and the safety valve shall be installed by thread connection. The size between them is strictly required and cannot be careless, which reduces the life of the ventilation duct.  

The plates, profiles and other main finished materials used for the fabrication and installation of air ducts in the air ducts shall comply with the provisions of the current national standards for design and related products, and the factory inspection certificate shall be applied. The materials shall be accepted according to the current national standards when entering the site.
