(3) The following parts of Class I high-rise buildings and Class II high-rise buildings with a building height of more than 32m shall be equipped with mechanical smoke exhaust facilities:
The inner walkway without direct natural ventilation and with a length of more than 20m or with a length of more than 60m despite direct natural ventilation;
Rooms without windows on the ground or with fixed windows with an area of more than 100m2 and frequent people staying or more combustibles;
Atrium without natural smoke exhaust conditions or with a clearance height of more than 12m;
In addition to the rooms that use windows such as window wells for natural smoke exhaust, the total area of each room exceeds 200m2 or the area of one room exceeds 50m2, and there are often people staying or there are many combustibles in the basement.
The ventilation and smoke exhaust pipe facilities set in high-rise buildings shall meet the following requirements:
(1) The smoke outlet shall be set on the ceiling or on the wall near the ceiling, and the horizontal distance from the adjacent edge of the nearby emergency exit along the aisle direction shall not be less than 1.50m. The distance from the smoke outlet on the ceiling to combustible components or combustibles shall not be less than 1.00 m.
The smoke outlet shall be closed at ordinary times, and shall be equipped with manual and automatic opening devices.
(2) The horizontal distance between the smoke outlet in the smoke control zone and the remote point shall not exceed 30m.
