1、 Construction preparation
（1） Operation conditions
1. The equipment of general forced draft fan system and air conditioning system shall be carried out under the condition that the building envelope construction is completed, the obstacles have been cleared and there are no sundries on the ground.
2. The equipment of the air cleaning system shall be carried out under the conditions that the ground of the equipment components inside the building has been completed, the wall has been plastered, and there is no dust flying or dust prevention measures in the room.
3. The general dedusting system air duct equipment should be carried out when the process equipment in the plant is completed or the equipment foundation has been determined, and the equipment connector and enclosure orientation are known.
4. Check that the position and size of the reserved holes on the site should meet the requirements of the drawing, and each side should be 100mm larger than the practical section.
5. Corresponding auxiliary facilities, such as ladders, shelves, safety protection, fire-fighting equipment, and technical, quality and safety disclosure of construction workers shall be provided at the operation site.
（2） Material requirements
1. All equipment data shall be provided with factory certificate or quality appraisal document and product list.
2. The air duct products are not allowed to have defects such as deformation, distortion, cracking, holes, flange falling off, open welding, missing riveting, missing bolt holes, etc.:
3. The valve body, air outlet and other parts of the equipment shall be checked to see whether the adjustment equipment is flexible, and whether the silencer and paint layer are damaged.
4. Equipment application data: bolts, nuts, washers, gaskets, sealing strips, self tapping screws, rivets, welding rods, various canvas, non-woven fabrics, screws, expansion bolts shall meet the product quality requirements.
（3） Tools
The main tools include: hand hammer, electric hammer, electric hand drill, hand saw, electric double-edged shear, grinding wheel saw, angle grinder, bench drill, welding tool, wrench, nail gun, etc. Through the three aspects introduced to us by Bohui Ventilation, we should know what preparations we need to make in advance when carrying out ventilation pipeline equipment!
